Every firefighting operation begins with a risk assessment. For emergency responders, especially in industrial environments, questions about access, structural stability, and exposure to extreme hazards are constant. The courage to act is the foundation, but technology is what sets a new level of safety and efficiency.
How can we equip these professionals to face danger with more information and less exposure? How can we transform a high-risk scenario into a controlled tactical operation?
On September 9th, at the Work Fire training base in Guarulhos, we demonstrated how UAVI technology answers these questions.

The Challenge: Precision and Safety in Extreme Conditions
The scenario chosen for the demonstration was intentionally challenging: a simulated fire inside an industrial chimney. This operation requires meticulous planning and exposes teams to significant risks of height, toxic gases, and intense heat.
In this context, the UAVI 100 drone was deployed. More than just a piece of equipment, it acted as an extension of the ground team, proving its value as an indispensable strategic tool.
The “Firefighter Drone” operation unfolded in three crucial phases:
* Operational Intelligence: Before any action, the drone provided a privileged view of the fire's focus through high-resolution thermal cameras. This data, transmitted in real time, allowed the ground team to accurately diagnose the situation, supporting quick and safe decisions.
* Direct Tactical Action: With the action plan defined, the UAVI 100 positioned itself stably and precisely, applying the extinguishing agent directly to the heat source. The action was surgical, optimizing the use of the agent and ensuring maximum combat efficiency, while the operators remained completely safe.
* Monitoring and Control: After the initial application, the drone remained on site, monitoring the temperature reduction and ensuring there would be no reignition. This post-action surveillance capability ensures the situation is truly under control.

An Alliance between Technology and Human Expertise
The demonstration at Work Fire validated a fundamental principle of UAVI: our technology doesn't replace human expertise; it amplifies it. The UAVI 100 is designed to be the partner of firefighters, firefighters, and security professionals. It's the tool that reaches places where access is restricted, sees what the human eye can't, and intervenes where the risk is too great.
By reducing direct exposure to danger, we allow emergency responders to focus on what they do best: making strategic decisions and saving lives.
The future of security is not replacing courage, but equipping it with the best possible technology.
